REFUND POLICY

       Conditions for Refund:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

       Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

       Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any cancellation fees.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details

       After 24 Hours:

  • If you wish to cancel an order after the initial 24-hour period, it may be subject to a cancellation fee.

       

       Out-of-Stock Items:

  • In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
